Inspired by her own chiropractic healing journey, Dr. Sarah became a chiropractor after years of debilitating migraines. They started when she was a kid and continued nearly all the way through college. That was until she discovered chiropractic care!
Slowly, my philosophy on health started to shift away from conventional health care which seeks to treat symptoms through medications, surgery, and radiation, and towards a holistic approach that looks for the root cause, not just treating the symptom, but asking why the symptom? Asking - what is the body trying to communicate to us as to what is out of balance, what system is overwhelmed, what nutrients are missing, what is interfering with the body’s innate ability to heal, reorganize and adapt to the stressors of life.
It is this core philosophy that guides my approach with clients. I am not just looking for how chiropractic can help you, but I am taking a bird’s eye view at what factors are contributing to your current state of health and creating a holistic care plan to guide you to where you want to go. Even if that means referring you to a trusted colleague, or co-ordinating care with another provider.
Wishing you the best in health!
